Right of withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the products, pursuant to the Consumer Code.
The notice must be sent by completing the form below.
The products must be returned:
- intact;
- not used beyond what is necessary to verify their characteristics;
- complete with original labels and packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
- made to measure;
- customized with logos, names, or specifications requested by the customer;
- produced according to the customer’s specific instructions.
Legal warranty
For consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code shall apply.
For professional buyers, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Returns and refunds
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer must return the products within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
The refund shall include the price paid for the products and any standard shipping costs incurred for the purchase.
The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
SAMAS reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have actually been received.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the decrease in value of the goods.
